1. Closing companies outside of Tallahassee, FL or Crawfordville, FL must pre-pay the estoppel fee.
2. If the unit/parcel is delinquent to the association, an additional fee of $75 will be invoiced.

Delivery Speed

Normal: Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery

Expedited: 3 business days delivery ($75)

Rush: 2 business days or less ($100)

Expedited or Rush requests need to paid ahead of time. If you choose Rush, we will do everything possible to accommodate the request but please keep in mind weekends and holidays.
